    The World Distribution Group (WDN Group) is the primary interface to handle all customer issues and requests related to WDN Group products and services. The objective of the WDN Group is to provide quality support to our customers regarding the installation, maintenance and operation of WDN Group products.

   The center is staffed with experienced, fully dedicated 24x7 support personnel knowledgeable in WDN Group products as well as carrier grade WINDOWS & UNIX hardware platforms. WDN Group engineers work closely with in-house Sales, Requirements, Testing and R&D staff for an excellent in-depth understanding of WDN Group products as well as the customer's business. At the WDN Group, we don't believe in just logging trouble tickets, we believe in keeping our customers business on-line.
