Realising the criticality of nature of business for its clients, C&C envision to have 24X7 hours service centre, which will address users' problems with minimal response time. This will be first of its kind in Nepal. The standby team of technical people backed by experts will give their best effort in minimising the down time. C&C will be establishing Disaster Recovery Centre in the very near future. This will have redundant satellite links. Thus even in case of satellite failure, the communication traffic can be diverted to another link, which will provide continuity of service. All the offices and support centre of C&C will be environmentally conditioned and well backed up by redundant power supply and communication links to ensure continuity of service to its valued clients.

Looking Ahead: In our vigil towards vertical integration in the field of comprehensive communication options, our next effort will be to establish the communication Infrastructure at different major cities of Nepal within a very short span of time through VSAT and radio links. This will in turn provide reliable and cost effective communication solution. Being the provider of communication backbone of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in the country, C&C plans to further promote and develop the internet culture of the country and lead the nation in the era of E-commerce (Electronic Commerce).

VSAT system consist of a satellite transponder, central hub or a master earth station, and remote VSATs. The VSAT terminal has the capability to receive as well as transmit signal via the satellite to other VSATs in the network. Depending on the access technology used the signal are either sent via satellite to a central hub, which is also a monitoring centre, or the signal are sent directly to VSATs with the hub being used for monitoring and control. 
Currently, we are operating our VSAT link in nine major cities (Dhangadi, Nepalgunj, Biratnagar, Pokhara, Bhairahawa, Hetauda, Butwal, Birgunj and Kathmandu) and main Gateway is in Kathmandu. You may also avail yourself of these links with full support from our side. With intra-city connectivity of the Radio Links, you can also avail the facilities that can be shared by using our VSAT station for the Internet, Data or Video conferencing.
